Making a complaint

Gas consumers have a free and independent complaints resolution process through the Utilities Disputes.

Utilities Disputes (previously The Electricity and Gas Complaints Commission) was approved as the consumer complaints resolution scheme for the electricity and gas complaints industries on 1 April 2010 and is an effective avenue for managing a broad range of consumer issues.
