MDL pipe repair update photo 28 October 2:00pm
This photo shows the replacement section of pipeline held in-situ with clamps. Current best estimate is that the pipe will be welded in place tomorrow, followed by testing and certification over the subsequent 24 hours. After that the pipeline will be re-pressured and filled with gas. The weld procedure must pass certification after 24 hours to enable the pipeline to be operated.
